22. Holland

The Shipper and Consignees, by accepting the transport document, expressly waive and renounce Article 700 of the Dutch Commercial Code and Article 148, Part II, of the Belgian Commercial Code, and agree to contribute their proportion of General Average, including damages and expenses and allowances to the ship, even if these have been caused by the inherent vice of the ship, by its unseaworthiness or by the fault or neglect of the Master or the crew.
