21. Tank containers and other similar transportable units

In respect of tank containers and other similar transportable units for carriage of special goods in liquid or gas etc. form the carrier does not accept liability for:
1) any special risk inherent in such carriage.
2) the condition and suitability of the tank container or unit for the particular carriage.
3) any malfunction of such tank container or unit or any equipment belonging to such tank container or unit.
4) normal wear and tear for the tank container or unit.
