2. Jurisdiction

Any claim or dispute arising under this document of transport shall be determined according to English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in London, to the exclusion of the jurisdiction of any other country.
Unless a suit has been filed within one year after final discharge, the claim shall be deemed absolutely waived and barred and Carrier discharged from all liability.
