19. Heavy lift Cause


Single pieces or packages, exceeding 3 tons gross weight, shall be carried on fioss basis, that is to say loading, discharging, stowing and other handling of the Goods shall be for risk and account of the Merchant, who, if so required by the Carrier, shall provide the necessary lifting gear.
