11. Shipper’s responsibility

1) The Shipper shall mark the Goods distinctively and permanently. The Shipper shall deliver the Goods assorted according to the marks and in such order as to enable separate stowage and corresponding delivery.
2) The Shipper shall be deemed to have guaranteed to the Carrier the accuracy, at the time the Goods were delivered to the Carrier, of the description of the Goods, marks, numbers, quantity and weight as furnished by the Shipper, and he shall indemnify the Carrier against any loss, damage and expense arising or resulting from inaccuracies in or inadequacy of such particulars.
